The hotel provided spacious and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for a business trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service. the buffet breakfast served in the hotel was diverse and tasty, catering to a variety of international tastes.
The location of the hotel was far from the center of the city and it was difficult to find transportation to get around. there were no nearby convenience stores to purchase basic necessities or snacks.

I loved the stunning view from the restaurant during breakfast, and the peace and quiet ambiance. The hotel's amenities, including the free table tennis, swimming pool, and workout room, are a great value! I also appreciated the helpful and polite staff, who went above and beyond to help us find the hotel's array of activities.
Nothing it is perfect.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. the indoor swimming pool was pristine and the sauna was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel staff went above and beyond, providing a top-notch massage experience. the BBQ facilities and sun terrace were exceptional and the garden area was a lovely spot to unwind in.
While everything at this hotel was exceptional, we did have one minor issue with the location. Despite being advertised as being close to West Lake, the hotel was actually quite far away and taxis were not always willing to drive there.

The hotel's spacious rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. Guests could easily access the Water Museum and enjoyed the meals served in the dining room. Waking up to views of the beautiful garden created a serene atmosphere. the swimming pool and workout room were a plus.
The hotel was quite far from many of the desirable locations in the area.

The hotel was really spacious and comfortable, with attentive and helpful staff. The meals were varied and delicious, with a lovely dining room overlooking a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Water Museum, which was less than a mile away, and to West Lake, which was only a 20-25 minute taxi ride and incredibly stunning. The hotel also had great amenities like table tennis, a swimming pool, and a workout room, all free of charge.
The hotel was quite far from the city center and not all taxis were willing to drive there. the rooms could have been cleaned better and the bathroom didn't smell very nice.
